Admissions

Not all mental health conditions require inpatient admission for treatment. We have inpatient and outpatient services.

Inpatient Admissions

You will need inpatient admission for in-depth assessment and support when you are struggling with your emotions, overwhelming feelings and when your mental health negatively impacts on your daily tasks.

We have Ensuite rooms and bay areas for inpatient admissions. We provide intensive treatment and therapy while on impatient admission.

Outpatient Admissions

We offer outpatient services and day care. Outpatients may not need 24/7 intensive professional support and care but would benefit from in-depth assessment, treatment and therapy programs.

Inpatients and outpatients are assessed by our professional psychiatrics, psychologists, counsellors and therapists. Assessments are done to determine needs and presenting conditions of patients. We aim at highest standards of patient care. Call us day or night and we will offer you or your loved one the support you desire.

Drug And Alcohol Rehabilitation

Drug and alcohol addictions occur when individuals are repeatedly taking or administering drugs or alcohol so that they become physically and psychologically dependent on them despite knowing their effects on their daily lives. We are 24/7 open to support them through our inpatient intensive drugs and alcohol rehab programs. Our dedicated psychologists carry out assessments on arrival to determine support pathways, how the behaviour started and the ways to recovery. We carry out medical detox process when needed to remove addictive and harmful substances from the body. Symptoms of withdrawals are managed with prescribed medications. We offer professional psychological therapies and treatment

Psychological Services

Our dedicated psychologists offer support to our patients on rehab pathways through some programs:

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)

It is a talking therapy. Patients are equipped with skills to manage their difficulties by changing their dysfunctional thoughts about those challenges. Equipped with CBT skills, patients will be able to question their thinking, behaviour and approach to problems. CBT has been found effective in the treatment for addictions, anxiety, sleep disorder and depression

Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT)

It is a talking therapy. Patients learn to accept the reality of their lives, their behaviours and the desire to make changes in behaviour. DBT has been found to be effective in managing emotions, letting go of painful past experiences, improve mindset and skills to identify harmful behaviours and strategies to manage them.

Mindfulness

It is a therapeutic method that focuses on our present feelings, a moment-to-moment awareness of our consciousness, our feelings, what we are seeing and hearing. In mindfulness, we focus on the here and now and not on the future or the past. In mindfulness, we become more aware of our thoughts, feelings and actions that negatively impact on our progress

Psychoeducation

In Psychoeducation workshop, the therapist provides patients with information about their mental health challenges, symptoms and treatment routes. The goals is to support the patient to cope with their challenges and improve adherence. Patients focus on themes like self-esteem and anger management.

Wellness

We have wellbeing activities including meditation and exercise programs. We offer 1:1, group and family therapies.

Electro convulsive therapy (ECT)

We offer ECT treatments to our patients for depression and for bipolar and schizophrenic conditions that are resistant to pharmacotherapy.

Alcohol Anonymous (AA)

We run alcohol and drug anonymous groups. Our inpatients and outpatients are free to attend them. Some members are ex-patients while others are former drug and alcohol dependants. We follow the 12 Steps to achieve the desired goals of our patients. We believe that such social groups are invaluable in offering needed support to our patients on therapy programs.
